Exercise and relax at Allas!

Allas offers high quality courses that are suitable for everyone. The courses are directed by well-known, top-tier athletes. Depending on the weather, the courses are held outdoors or in our newly renovated indoor exercise area.

We offer fitness enhancing courses such as Glo Flo and both morning and evening classes for traditional yoga, as well as sauna-yoga. You can also exercise on your own in our outdoor gym.

When: Every week!
For who: For everyone who is looking for zing, fitness or relaxation. Attendance does not require previous experience unless stated otherwise.
Why: Swimming pools, saunas and unique outdoor exercise facilities at Allas Sea Pool make the experience unmatched for people interested in fitness training, relaxation or both!

Price: -25 € / single lesson unless otherwise stated (inc. access to saunas and swimming pools)

Fitness & Wellness Courses

Go Flo


 

Go Flo is a new interval-based fitness circuit. Go Flo utilises ropes and body's own weight, improving aerobic fitness and strengthening muscles - especially the core muscles. The workout can be done both out- and indoors.

For who: For all fitness enthusiasts, as everyone can adjust the movements to fit themselves.
What to bring: Outfit and shoes suitable for outdoor exercise
When: Every Wednesday from 17.30 to 18.30


Yoga

The style of this yoga class is vinyasa flow yoga, which includes, in addition to asana exercises, breathing- and mind-exercises. The class strenghtens the body, increases mobility and prepares the mind for sauna and swimming. A perfect way to relax!

For who: For everybody interested in yoga
When: Every Wednesday from 7.15 to 8.15. and Thursdays from 17.00 to 18.15. 
What to bring: Outfit and shoes suitable for indoor exercise, the mat can be borrowed from Allas
 

Saunayoga

Saunayoga's movements are based on different yoga styles and are done in a sauna, at about 50 degrees. The exercise removes strain on the neck-shoulder, back and hip are muscles and strengthens the mid-body and leg muscles. Saunayoga also effectively relieves stress. You will notice the beneficial effects in your body and mind immediately after the exercise. 

For who: For everybody interested in yoga
When: Every Monday from 20.30 to 21.15 and every Friday from 7.30 to 8.15 
What to bring: Water bottle and swimsuit / shorts & t-shirt


Wine & Stretching

Afterwork in sweatpants! Relax your body and mind with a 75-minute stretch-lesson and then enjoy the evening on a mat with a glass of wine while listening to relaxing music.
The price includes glass of wine as well as access to the sauna and swimming pools

For Who: Suitable for everyone over 18-years old.

CrossTrainSwim

A combination of dry-land and water exercises. The first half is held outdoors, and the focus is in movements done with the body's own weight and light extra-weights. The second half consists of intense swimming-workout in the 25-meter pool. 

For who: For all fitness enthusiasts, as everyone can adjust the movements to fit themselves. You need to be able to swim at least 50 meters.
What to bring: Outfit and shoes suitable for outdoor exercise + swimwear

Bodyweight Training

Outdoor or indoor (depending on the weather) power-workout, which develops body management, mobility and aerobic fitness. Learn how to utilise your body weight in this fun exercise!

For who: For all fitness enthusiasts, as everyone can adjust the movements to fit themselves. 
What to bring: Outfit and shoes suitable for outdoor (warm & sunny weather) or indoor exercise (cold & rainy weather)

Swimming Courses
 

Introduction to Winter Swimming

Winter swimming is a traditional Finnish outdoor activity. Welcome to experience this traditional custom and combine the sauna to a dip in the seawater swimming pool. Introduction to Winter Swimming includes a 45-minutes lecture about the health benefits and safety guidelines. After the lecture you will have the opportunity to dip into the seawater pool three times to improve your cold water tolerance. Between dipping there is a chance to warm up in the sauna. The extreme temperature change really puts your blood circulating and releases pain-relieving & pleasure hormones. Experiences and possibilities to start this hobby will be shared and discussed afterwards. Introduction to Winter Swimming is for everyone and doesn’t require any earlier experience. The session will be held in English.

For who: Everybody interested in winter swimming!
What to bring: A bathrobe or a large towel, flip-flops and a cap or headwear. 
When: Saturday Oct 21st 12.00 pm-13.30 pm
